PROS:

-The boat has a clear michigan title
-Lots of people want to rent out the trailer for a day to move theirs so you could make and easy grand a month if your boat is in the water and you live by the coast
-LOTS of space for this size boat, very comfortable and a lot of head room 6'2" -perfect for a liveaboard
-A classic cruiser made in 1973, making her a SOLID factory hand laid FIBERGLASS boat in great conditon physically, no foam core
-It's shoal draft & low mast open up vast areas off limits to most sailboats
-Steers with a tiller bar, and has auto-pilot for cruising
-(3) 250lb axles, chrome rims with load D tires on all six wheels & an electric braking system complete with emergency breakaway engage

-Folding swim ladder off the back, and plenty of fenders to protect her pirate-black paint job.
-She has shore power, 110 outlets, and all lights and wiring checked/and or replaced.

CONS:

-We have had this awesome sailboat sitting out of the water for close to 3 years at a storage facility in TYLER, TX and want someone to put it in the water
-She needs to be gone through since she hasn't been started in awhile to ensure that she is seaworthy
-For us to get her custom built trailer (made for $5k) titled she has to be lifted off her trailer probably with a crane which we can't afford currently, titling a trailer isn't a muct
-Altogether (trailer & boat) she weighs around 10,000 lbs so you would need a vehicle like an F250 to pull her or pay to get her towed
-She went down in FRESHWATER to her nose in 2009 after a hose in the bathroom wiggled loose while she was getting cleaned, nothing serious. She was under for about 30 hours
-After the hose was tightened she floated fine (people intentionally sink their boats on the coast when a hurricane is coming through so it's really not that big of a deal)
-Her electrical was gone through when she was brought back up and worked fine
-The ENGINE IS AN ATOMIC 4 and has not been turned over since she went down since it was freshwater she should be fine, status known for sure
(a mechanic told me that all she needs is to be flushed with Marvel Mystery Oil and it should fire up fine). She always ran smoothly, and oil stayed clean.
-Front cabin could use new wall coverings and outside teak could use refinishing
