US Sailing Advanced Race Management Seminar

January 21st & 22nd, 2006

Hosted by the Dallas Corinthian Yacht Club
Lake Lewisville

This is a great opportunity to put all of the rules experience you have gathered on the race course to the test and gain some accreditation for your knowledge. More importantly it will help us a CSC to continue (and grow) the tradition of first class race management that we have become known for. At the very least, fleet captains are encouraged to attend so you will be prepared for next seasons committee duty responsibilities. Block off that weekend and put a winters weekend to good use brushing up on the rules. See details and registration form. The deadline for advanced registration is January 7, 2006.

White Rock Lake Museum

A new museum has opened in the Bath House Cultural Center to "preserve and present the human and natural history of White Rock Lake Park and its surrounding environment." CSC has helped with the development of this project and is being recognized as a Bronze Patron sponsor for our efforts. We will be listed on the Permanent Exhibit Plaque and in the Museum & Lake Guide. A display on White Rock sailing will be prominently featured in the White Rock Lake Museum. Check it out.
