   Cold Weather Dinghy Sailing Seminar & VX One Design Demonstation
10-noon: Rod Favela, an accomplished dinghy sailor, will provide expert advise on the proper clothing to wear for cold weather dinghy sailing.  If the cold air and water temperatures keep you off the water, attend this seminar to find our how to dress correctly and sail year around.

Noon-1 pm:  Hot dogs and refreshments provided by Rod Favela and Vela Sailing Supply.

1 pm-? (weather permitting):  VX One Design demonstration.  The VX One Design is an all new 19ft very fast trailerable boat.  Come a take a ride and have some fun!

8:30 AM		   Second Saturday Shoreline Cleanup
CSC is responsible for the shore line in front of the club.  We do this conjunction with For the Love of the Lake every second Satuday of the month year round.  Come support the club and help keep the lake clean.

Defibrillator Instructions

CSC has purchased a defibrillator which is in the clubhouse near the weather station. Instructions on it's use are in the storage container. Detailed training materials are available here.

White Rock Lake Museum

A new museum has opened in the Bath House Cultural Center to "preserve and present the human and natural history of White Rock Lake Park and its surrounding environment." CSC has helped with the development of this project and is being recognized as a Bronze Patron sponsor for our efforts. We will be listed on the Permanent Exhibit Plaque and in the Museum & Lake Guide. A display on White Rock sailing will be prominently featured in the White Rock Lake Museum. Check it out.
